About MAPCo

Midwest Aircraft Products Company is known throughout the aircraft industry as MAPCO.

Established in 1986, MAPCO is the leading manufacture of in-flight food service equipment, serving many commuter, commercial airlines, and general aviation throughout the country.

MAPCO designs, manufactures, and provides a broad line of food and beverage preparation and storage equipment used in aircraft cabins. 

MAPCO has the ability to design, manage, test, and certify any product reconfigure, and/or modification to any aircraft galley or related product. We can also provide modification kits and components for customer installation and certification. 

MAPCO provides to airline customers a repair station FAA certified  (#OT5R105N) in accordance with specialized service in  Equipment and Furnishings. We  make your old equipment, such as galleys, look like new. Our inspection department operates in accordance with MILL-I-45208A.

MAPCO can support your needs on new parts, custom parts, modification or repair of  existing parts. We use an Auto CAD based engineering department operating with V14 and 2000.
